Complex and sippable with natural flavor and body, our signature flavors are defined by oaky hints of vanilla and warm spice, followed by a velvety smooth finish.

Samba Flip

A riff on a Brazilian Lemonade, this creamy, dreamy blend is both refreshing and indulgent. Wheyskey adds a sophisticated touch with its depth, sweetened condensed milk introduces a creamy sweetness, passion fruit puree adds a bright contrast, and the egg yolk introduces a rich and luxurious flip element to the mix.  

2 oz Wheyward Wheyskey

½ oz Passion Fruit Puree

¼ oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

¼ oz Rich Demerara Syrup (2:1)*

1 Egg Yolk

2 dash Angostura Bitters

Dehydrated Lime wedge for garnish

‍

Combine all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) for 20-30 seconds to emulsify the egg yolk. Add ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wedge.

*Rich Demerara Syrup

Add 2 cups of demerara sugar and 1 cup of hot water to a small sauce pan over low to medium heat. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool before use. Store excess in an airtight container. Recipe can be scaled up or down as needed.

Clarified milk punches date back to the 1600’s, but we think it’s a recipe that has finally come full circle with the addition of Wheyward Spirit. Simply add soda water, ice, the cocktail mix, and a float of Aperol for a tropical getaway in your glass when serving.
