Harvest Moon

Complex and sippable with natural flavor and body, our signature flavors are defined by oaky hints of vanilla and warm spice, followed by a velvety smooth finish.

Dreaming of a brisk fall day? Shake up our Harvest Moon cocktail for a flavorful concoction of apple, lemon, sage, honey, and orange.

‍

1 ¼ oz Wheyward Spirit or Wheyskey

½ oz Applejack

½ oz Cointreau

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz fresh orange juice

¼ oz Honey Syrup*

4-5 fresh sage leaves

*Garnish* one fresh sage leaf

Add all ingredients in a shaker tin except one sage leaf for garnish. Add ice, SHAKE. Double strain into a chilled martini shell. Garnish with a single floating sage leaf

‍

*Honey Syrup 

½ cup honey (can adjust to taste)

½ cup water

  1. Add ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until honey is dissolved.
  3. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Syrup will keep refrigerated for up to 1 month.
