With a Calf-einated in hand, you don’t have to choose between coffee and a cocktail! Wheyward Spirit’s natural creaminess elevates our version of a classic espresso martini for the perfect evening pick-me-up.


1 ½ oz. Wheyward Spirit
1 oz. Cold Brew Coffee (We like High Brew Double Espresso)
½ oz. Kahlua
¼ oz.  Simple Syrup
1 Egg White


We like a dry shake for this cocktail to give it a creamy mouthfeel. Add all ingredients to a shaker with no ice. Dry shake for 30-60 seconds to encourage good foam. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 30 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass, strain from high up to encourage more foam.  Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, coffee beans or nutmeg on the foam.
