Cranberry Rosemary Sour

Cranberry Rosemary Sour

Cranberry, rosemary, and Wheyward Spirit is the perfect holiday cocktail combination!

This 4 ingredient cocktail is a simple and elevated creation for whatever holiday festivities are around the corner. You can even top it off with a splash of prosecco for a bubbly twist.

2 oz Wheyward Spirit

1 oz Rosemary Syrup

1 oz Cranberry Juice (100% juice, unsweetened, not the juice cocktail)

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Optional: top with a splash of prosecco for bubbles

Shake spirit, syrup, and juices in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and top with optional prosecco. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Rosemary Syrup

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

‍

Combine sugar and water in a small pot over medium heat. Stir until slightly bubbling and the sugar is fully dissolved. Take off heat, add rosemary, cover pot, and let steep for 20-30 minutes. Remove the rosemary and store the cooled syrup in an airtight container in the fridge. Add a splash of Wheyward Spirit to extend shelf life.
