2 oz Wheyward Spirit
¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Aquafaba (liquid strained from a can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans) OR 1 egg white
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and shake vigorously until thickened. Then add ice and to the shaker and SHAKE HARD again until cold and foamy. Strain into a coupe glass and top with Angostura Bitters and lemon zest.
